Er. Karam Chand is the founder of “Sahiba Constructions & Interiors”. During his tenure  with Sahiba, he has led the Company’s Projects Function, Strategy and Organizational Development Functions.

He brings with him his immense knowledge and rich experience gathered over the past 39 years working as a Civil Engineer and had retired as an Executive Engineer from Engineering Department, of U.T. Chandigarh. He worked on many elite projects of Chandigarh administration.

He had also been recognized and awarded many times by the Govt. for the best services he rendered to the department he belonged. On January 26, 2011 he had been awarded with the prestigious Commendation Award and Certificate for his services.

The inherited Passion of the Civil Engineering in him drives him to do something more constructive for someone else as well, even after his retirement. Hence he had decided to share his vast experience of construction & Interiors, and he formed “Sahiba Constructions & Interiors”, through which he works on the projects all the way to the completion of the projects including its Interiors (On Turn Key Basis). The Motto of the firm is to serve the People, at its best practices.
